ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

At Mattress Express, most online orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed,

items typically ship out the same day or the next business day.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information as

soon as your order leaves our facility.

Large items such as mattresses or adjustable bases may require additional handling time. Custom or

special-order items may have extended processing times.

LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

Mattress Express offers local delivery within a 40–50 mile radius of Olean, NY (14760). This service

includes in-home setup and optional removal of your old mattress.

Same-day delivery is available for most in-stock products. A delivery fee may apply depending on

distance and product type. Customers will be provided a delivery window and must be present to

receive the order.

Deliveries may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, and our

team will promptly communicate any changes.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Mattress Express does not accept returns or exchanges based on comfort or feel. Mattresses

become personal-use items once delivered and cannot be resold, so all comfort-related sales are

final.

Eligible returns only apply to unopened, unused accessories that remain in their original packaging.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the

issue promptly.To process a claim, please provide:

• Photos of the damage

• A brief description of the issue

• Your name and order number

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation. Mattress Express covers

all costs associated with approved claims.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled at no cost before the product is shipped or before local delivery is

dispatched.

If the order has already shipped or is out for delivery, the standard policies apply once the item is

received.

WARRANTY POLICY

Many mattresses and bases purchased from Mattress Express include a manufacturer’s warranty.

These warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship but do not cover comfort preferences,

misuse, or normal wear.

Mattress Express will gladly assist with warranty claims; however, all warranty decisions are

determined by the manufacturer. Customers must retain proof of purchase for all warranty submissions.
